It is of the upmost importance to us to provide our customers with a thorough, professional, and easy to understand home inspection report. Providing such a report starts with proper inspection techniques and ends with compiling a user-friendly, easy to read report. Wolfe Home Inspections uses the latest in home inspection reporting software. Our software uses interactive report building tools that allows us to compile your report in real time as we inspect the home. Photos are added to the report, as reference, to each defect, and comments insure the location, nature, and significance of any problem is clear to the reader. Our reports are web based and are emailed to you as soon as they are completed. This makes viewing and sharing your report as simple as a click of a button.
Pricing
A proper home inspection report is considered by many to be the smartest investment that a home buyer can make. Our fees are based on the square footage of the home. All costs to the client are provided prior to booking, no hidden fees or surprise costs. Our home inspection reports provide our clients with insight and information about a home’s systems, components, and overall condition. Our reports address many areas that are commonly overlooked, even by an experienced eye. It is never our intent to persuade our clients in their decision making.
